GLENDALE, Queens (PIX11) — Mayor Bill de Blasio recalled Rafael Ramos as a police officer who couldn’t wait to put on his uniform, but also man who was also devoted to his faith.
“He loved blasting Spanish gospel music from his car,” de Blasio said, addressing hundreds who had gathered for the slain officer’s funeral.
De Blasio said Ramos served in many ways.
